After such great results from our last 10 week challenge (average loss of 10% of original body fat) and a huge demand from our members we have decided to run another 10 week challenge.

Who can join the challenge?
Anyone can join in on this challenge. Although the end result in 10 weeks will be an extremely hard 2 hour work out we have split the challenges up into manageable sections that each member can complete at their own pace with the intention to improve on time, distance and resistance each week.
What days do I train?
The challenge training days will be at 6am and 6pm Wednesdays and 9am Saturdays but there will also be fitness classes on 6am and 6pm all other weekdays that you can join in in to get your fitness, stamina up over the 10 weeks to help you get into peak condition for the final testing day!
The challenge involves:
There are going to be a few different challenges we will be training for over the 10 weeks.
1: a steep jog up the walk way from Beach Rd to Aaron Rd
2: ab work mixed with plank walk challenge (in the gym)
3: outdoor resistance training
4: Indoor relay/fitness challenge
