Unlimited fitness classes for the period of the challenge

You will get what you put in. If you put in enough effort you may be on your way to a 6 pack by the end of it!
When is the challenge?
The challenge starts on the 17.6.2013 and runs until 29.7.2013. Anyone wanting to sign up for the challenge must sign up by the 10th June and have weigh in done before the 17th June.
The classes will involve kickboxing, resistance training, relays and group exercises and are run by a qualified fitness instructor.
Classes run 6am and 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am Saturday.
