North Shore Kickboxing is running in Browns Bay and offers a fast-paced
Circuit class
and
Kickboxing classes. We have classes for those who want to learn kickboxing technique and other classes for those that just want to get fit or tone up.No need to bring any equipment, wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move around in and bring a bottle of water to drink. There are limited gloves that can be borrowed for the use in a class or, if you don't fancy someone else's sweat on your hands, we also have gloves for sale. |
