Circuit class

Kickboxing classes. We have classes for those who want to learn kickboxing technique and other classes for those that just want to get fit or tone up.No need to bring any equipment, wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move around in and bring a bottle of water to drink. There are heaps of gloves that can be borrowed for the use in a class or, if you don't fancy someone else's sweat on your hands, we also sell NZ Blaster and Fairtex gloves along with ZABI and Fairtex shin guards and North Shore Kickboxing hand wraps.
